CEObuilder was founded by Rich Tyson in the spring of 1991 as an outgrowth of his consulting firm, Tyson & Associates. CEObuilder initially was strictly a peer-to-peer forum for CEOs, with Mr. Tyson acting as group facilitator — and as a coach and consultant to each member.
Since that time, CEObuilder has regularly added services to address the needs of key executives and front-line employees within our client firms. However, the CEO continues to be the centerpiece of all we do. We are pledged to our unique selling proposition, “We build successful CEOs.”
The foundation of our success is in the careful selection of our CEO coaches. These individuals are meticulously screened not only for their business skills and experience, but also for their facilitative and problem-solving abilities. They must also fit our company culture and share the vision of CEObuilder.
